Tourist Visa

A Tourist Visa is issued to applicants who intend to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for tourism purposes only.
Single-Entry Tourist Visa
A Single-Entry Tourist Visa is valid for entry into Thailand within 90 days from the date of issuance. Upon arrival, the permitted period of stay is up to 60 days from the date of entry.
Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa
A Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa is valid for entry into Thailand within 180 days from the date of issuance. The visa holder may enter Thailand multiple times during the validity period of the visa. Each stay may not exceed 60 days per entry.
Multiple-Entry Tourist Visas are granted only to Lao nationals or to non-Thai nationals who hold valid authorization to reside in the Lao PDR.

วีซ่าท่องเที่ยวแบบใช้ครั้งเดียว มีอายุ 90 วัน นับจากวันที่ออกวีซ่า กำหนดระยะเวลาที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทย ไม่เกิน 60 วัน

วีซ่าท่องเที่ยวแบบเข้าได้หลายครั้ง มีอายุ 180 วัน นับจากวันที่ออกวีซ่า กำหนดระยะเวลาที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทย ไม่เกิน 60 วันต่อครั้ง ออกให้เฉพาะแก่บุคคลสัญชาติลาวหรือชาวต่างชาติที่มีถิ่นพำนักในสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาวเท่านั้น

Required documents (to be submitted through e-Visa system)
เอกสารประกอบการขอวีซ่า (สำหรับยื่นในระบบตรวจลงตราอิเล็กทรอนิกส์)

1. Biodata page of Passport or Travel Document
   หน้าหนังสือเดินทางที่แสดงรูปถ่ายและข้อมูลของผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทาง
2. Photo of the applicant (taken within the last 6 months)
   รูปถ่าย (ถ่ายไว้ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน)
3. Travel itinerary to Thailand, such as a confirmed airline, train, or bus ticket.
   เอกสารยืนยันกำหนดการเดินทางเข้า–ออกประเทศไทย เช่น บัตรโดยสารเครื่องบิน รถไฟ หรือรถโดยสาร
4. Proof of accommodation in Thailand, such as a hotel reservation, or a letter from the host with whom the applicant will stay, together with a signed copy of the host’s identification card.
   หลักฐานการสำรองที่พักในประเทศไทย เช่น ใบยืนยันการสำรองห้องพักของโรงแรม หรือหนังสือรับรองการพำนักจากเจ้าของสถานที่พัก พร้อมสำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชนของเจ้าของสถานที่ที่ลงนามรับรองสำเนาถูกต้อง
5. Proof of valid authorization to reside in the Lao PDR (for applicants applying for a Multiple-Entry Tourist Visa)
   หลักฐานการมีถิ่นพำนักใน สปป. ลาว (สำหรับผู้ยื่นขอวีซ่าท่องเที่ยวแบบเข้าได้หลายครั้ง)
6. Evidence of sufficient financial means in an amount of not less than THB 20,000, such as bank statements covering the past 3 months or a sponsor letter, as applicable.
