Non - Immigrant Visa "O" (Voluntary work with foundation or association registered in Thailand)

A Non-Immigrant Visa “O” is issued to applicants who intend to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for the purpose of undertaking voluntary work with a foundation or association legally registered in Thailand, on a non-employment basis. The visa is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. The permitted period of stay is up to 90 days per entry.
การตรวจลงตราประเภทคนอยู่ชั่วคราว (Non-Immigrant Visa) “O” ออกให้แก่ผู้ยื่นคำร้องที่ประสงค์จะเดินทางเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรไทยเพื่อทำงานในมูลนิธิหรือองค์กรสาธารณกุศลที่ไม่มีลักษณะจ้างงาน วีซ่ามีอายุ 3 เดือนนับจากวันที่ออกวีซ่า กำหนดระยะเวลาที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทย ไม่เกิน 90 วันต่อครั้ง

1. Biodata page of Passport or Travel Document
   หน้าหนังสือเดินทางที่แสดงรูปถ่ายและข้อมูลของผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทาง
2. Photo of the applicant (taken within the last 6 months)
   รูปถ่าย (ถ่ายไว้ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน)
3. Official letter from the foundation or association registered in Thailand, addressed to the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Savannakhet, requesting the issuance of a Non-Immigrant Visa “O” for the applicant to serve as a volunteer
   หนังสือขอความอนุเคราะห์ตรวจลงตราจากมูลนิธิหรือองค์กรสาธารณกุศลถึงสถานกงสุลใหญ่ ณ แขวงสะหวันนะเขต
4. A copy of the registration certificate of the foundation or association
   สำเนาใบสำคัญแสดงการจดทะเบียนจัดตั้งมูลนิธิหรือองค์กรสาธารณกุศล
5. A copy of the Thai national identification card or passport of the authorized signatory of the foundation or association, and a copy of the work permit if the authorized signatory is a foreign national
   สำเนาบัตรประชาชนหรือหนังสือเดินทางของกรรมการผู้มีอำนาจลงนามของมูลนิธิ/องค์กรสาธารณกุศล พร้อมใบอนุญาตทำงาน กรณีผู้มีอำนาจลงนามเป็นชาวต่างชาติ
6. Evidence of sufficient financial means in an amount of not less than THB 30,000, such as bank statements covering the past 3 months or a sponsor letter, as applicable.
