Non - Immigrant Visa "O" (To stay with Thai family residing in Thailand)

A Non-Immigrant Visa “O” is issued to applicants who intend to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for the purpose of accompanying or joining a family member who is a Thai national (in the case of a spouse of a Thai national, or a foreign parent of a child who holds Thai nationality). The visa is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. The permitted period of stay is up to 90 days per entry.
การตรวจลงตราประเภทคนอยู่ชั่วคราว (Non-Immigrant Visa) “O” ออกให้แก่ผู้ยื่นคำร้องที่ประสงค์จะเดินทางเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรไทยเพื่อติดตามบุคคลในครอบครัวที่เป็นชาวไทย (กรณีเป็นคู่สมรสของชาวไทย หรือเป็นบิดา/มารดาชาวต่างชาติที่มีบุตรเป็นชาวไทย) วีซ่ามีอายุ 3 เดือนนับจากวันที่ออกวีซ่า กำหนดระยะเวลาที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทย ไม่เกิน 90 วันต่อครั้ง

1. Biodata page of Passport or Travel Document
   หน้าหนังสือเดินทางที่แสดงรูปถ่ายและข้อมูลของผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทาง
2. Photo of the applicant (taken within the last 6 months)
   รูปถ่าย (ถ่ายไว้ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน)
3. A copy of the marriage certificate (in the case of a Thai spouse), or a copy of the birth certificate of the minor child (in the case of a Thai national child)
   สำเนาทะเบียนสมรส (กรณีคู่สมรสชาวไทย) หรือ สำเนาสูติบัตรของผู้เยาว์ (กรณีที่มีบุตรชาวไทย)
4. A copy of the Thai national identification card and/or a copy of the passport of the applicant’s Thai spouse
   สำเนาบัตรประชาชน และ/หรือ สำเนาหนังสือเดินทางของคู่สมรสชาวไทย
5. A copy of the House Registration of the Thai spouse (in the case of a Thai spouse), or of the minor child (in the case of a Thai national child)
   สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านของคู่สมรส (กรณีคู่สมรสชาวไทย) หรือ ของผู้เยาว์ (กรณีที่มีบุตรชาวไทย)
6. Evidence of sufficient financial means in an amount of not less than THB 40,000, such as bank statements covering the past 3 months or a sponsor letter, as applicable.
