Destination Thailand Visa (DTV)
A Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) is issued to applicants who intend to enter the Kingdom of Thailand for the purpose of workcation, including digital nomads, remote workers, foreign professionals, and freelancers, or for participation in Thai soft power–related activities, such as Muay Thai training, Thai culinary courses, or medical treatment. The visa is valid for 5 years from the date of issuance. The permitted period of stay is up to 180 days per entry.
การตรวจลงตราประเภท Destination Thailand Visa (DTV) ออกให้แก่ผู้ยื่นคำร้องที่ประสงค์จะเดินทางเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรไทยเพื่อการ Workcation ได้แก่ ผู้ทำงานทางไกล (digital nomad / remote worker) ผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพชาวต่างชาติ และฟรีแลนซ์ หรือเพื่อเข้าร่วม กิจกรรมด้านซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ของไทย เช่น การฝึกมวยไทย หลักสูตรการประกอบอาหารไทย หรือการเข้ารับการรักษาพยาบาล วีซ่ามีอายุ 5 ปี นับจากวันที่ออกวีซ่า กำหนดระยะเวลาที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้พำนักอยู่ในประเทศไทย ไม่เกิน 180 วันต่อครั้ง

- Biodata page of Passport or Travel Document
หน้าหนังสือเดินทางที่แสดงรูปถ่ายและข้อมูลของผู้ถือหนังสือเดินทาง
- Photo of the applicant (taken within the last 6 months)
รูปถ่าย (ถ่ายไว้ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน)
- Supporting documents proving the purpose of the visit
For workcation: Supporting documents such as an employment contract or an employment certificate from the employer indicating the applicant’s position and confirming that the applicant is permitted to work remotely; documents describing the nature of the company or business; a professional portfolio or other evidence of freelance work, as applicable.
For participation in Thai soft power–related activities: Supporting documents such as a confirmation of enrollment in the activity or study course, or an appointment letter issued by a hospital or medical center.

กรณี Workcation เช่น สัญญาจ้างงาน หรือหนังสือรับรองการจ้างงาน ซึ่งระบุตำแหน่งของผู้ยื่นคำร้องและยืนยันว่าผู้ยื่นคำร้องสามารถปฏิบัติงานทางไกลได้ เอกสารแสดงลักษณะของบริษัทหรือธุรกิจ ประวัติผลงานหรือหลักฐานแสดงการทำงานในลักษณะฟรีแลนซ์ เป็นต้น
กรณีเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมด้านซอฟต์พาวเวอร์ของไทย เช่น หนังสือยืนยันการลงทะเบียนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมหรือหลักสูตรการศึกษา หรือหนังสือนัดหมายจากโรงพยาบาลหรือสถาบันการแพทย์
- Evidence of sufficient financial means in an amount of not less than THB 500,000, such as bank statements covering the past 3 months or a sponsor letter, as applicable.
